Who doesn't love a unicorn? What a very special day! This sweet party was created with love by her mother, Amira. Amira owns an event design and coordination company in Lexington Kentucky. You know we event planners can't do a "simple birthday" for our little girls!
Amira tell us about your unicorn party!
Every mother thinks her child is unique. I'm no different, I wanted to give Sama a beautiful celebration that made her feel as special as she is. She has always loved unicorns, and what better theme could there be to show how special I think she is than a unicorn theme?
Piece by piece it all came together with every little detail. From the backdrop to the linens, to the utensils, place settings, and centerpieces, every little detail underwent thorough consideration. I chose subtle pastel colors because the main feature was Sama and the decor was done in a way to highlight her but still be fun and colorful.
The choice of flowers and balloons was really made to emphasize that it was a kid’s celebration, and to add that touch of joyfulness. The party was a blast and seeing Sama having fun with her friends was the icing on the cake for me.
