As I Prepared for bay, I was Along Working out and Eating Healthy between cravings. I was sure to Clear Space for Baby Stuff and Clean. I also talked to people with experience to prepare and get the things I would need! This help me know a piece of How life was about to change! I drank lots of water and was sure to take prenatal vitamins daily. I ate raw veggies and tons of avocado and non Hybrid organic fruits. I Slept and took frequent baths to deal with the weight I was putting on. I also stayed off my feet as much as My Profession allowed.
